Service Scope: COSTA DESIGN offers design and marketing services tailored to each client’s needs. Specific project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual agreements.

• Payment Terms: Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your proposal or invoice. Delayed payments may result in paused work or additional fees.

• Intellectual Property: All designs, concepts, and materials created by COSTA DESIGN remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

• Revisions: Each project includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

• Cancellations and Refunds: If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, a cancellation fee will apply based on the work completed.

• Liability: COSTA DESIGN is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the country/state where COSTA DESIGN operates.
